- EMUN Global Unicorns ("EGU") is an open-ended mutual fund investing in Growth Equity / late-stage Venture Capital.
- The fund focuses on acquiring stakes in top global private companies with valuations exceeding USD 1 billion – so-called "Unicorns." The core of the fund is concentrated around the 20 largest global private companies by valuation, with a high representation of investors from top-tier VCs and a high probability of exit in the form of an IPO.
- The fund is designed as a semi-liquid evergreen structure with monthly revaluation, a high level of investment, currency hedging, and the possibility of limited quarterly exits. It can thus provide systematic and long-term exposure to the global pre-IPO segment.
